one ...

... singular sensation, every little step she takes.

One thrilling combination, every move that she makes.

One smile and suddenly nobody else will do.

You know you'll never be lonely with you-know-who!

One moment in her presence and you can forget the rest.

Happy Birthday, Kiddo.

Here's to a lifetime of discovery.

Contrary to the calendar, time with your children is exponential, not linear. (Sorry for the Math reference! Consider the source.) If you think this year went quickly, just wait! She'll be in Kindergarten tomorrow, high school next week and college will be over in two shakes of a lambs tail. I don't mean to be a downer, just want you to enjoy every second. And keep the 30 seconds coming. I love them.

So I suggested we watch Miracle on 34th Street which we did during Thanksgiving weekend and she was starry eyed. We wanted to help restore her faith in Christmas at least for one more year.  Enter: American Girl Doll Now, here is where the magic collides with reality.
