Once upon a time three years ago, this little nubbin was hanging out in our house.


We blinked and she turned into this not-so-little nubbin.


Happy 3rd Birthday, Kiddo. We love you so much it's gonna drive you crazy when you're older.

She looks like a tiny old angry Japanese man in that first photo. So while it's difficult, change is good. Because that would have been a hard look for a three-year-old to rock.

Yuki is now approaching the age where she is hearing at school that Santa perhaps does not exist and that things are coming from parents. This concern is also spreading to the area of the Tooth Fairy and the Switch Witch.
