a thing I never said

So, Mimi and Kiddo were in the car this afternoon and, according to a text message I received, this conversation happened while I was not there to defend myself:

Kiddo: Are you a bad driver?
Mimi: I think I'm a pretty good driver. Why?
Kiddo: Ladies are bad drivers.
Mimi: Who said that?
Kiddo: Daddy.

The End.

Mom, after doing the dishes at my house: I'm not sure where everything goes, so I won't put anything away.
Me: Oh, just put things anywhere, I'm sure you'll do fine.
Mom: No, Josie says it takes you a month to find anything after I put things away.

I swear, I did not say that!! It is a good thing that they are cute, or else kids would be in a lot more trouble!!
